Information on Zoo in Pune – Rajiv Gandhi Udyan And Snake Garden
This zoo in Pune is spread over 130 acres with vast wild animals in it. This park was started in the year 1986 by Mr Neelam Kumar Khaire, now this is maintained by Municipal Corporation, Pune. They are taking care of all kind of wild animals like mammals like tigers, leopards, deer, bears, monkeys, elephants and more. Reptiles like snakes, crocodiles, tortoise etc. and some colourful birds which catches the eye of the visitor.
