Information on Restaurants in Pune – Upsouth
Description : As from the main itself we can draw that they are good and famous for south Indian food. It’s based on the ground floor of the Phoenix mall, a very attractive and colourful restaurant with very well indoor designed. A great ambience. When it comes to food the quality is not maintained, Idlis had no flavour as such it was as normal as you can get in roadside and softness of Idlis was not preserve, Medu Wada on other hand was not well cooked it had a light coffee colour and the Urad Dal staff inside needed further cooking of the same, it didn’t had that flavour of south. Sambhar was another disappointment, though the coconut chutney was good, but overall the food served is not worth having. The service was fast and good. A place not recommended though you can have a cup of coffee and that should only be the reason to visit Upsouth, just to have some chit-chat with friend for this it can be place to visit to spend an hour but definitely not for the food. Its only limited to vegetarian’s dishes, home delivery is available, well air-conditioned but bar is not available, so not a party place.
